few minutes drive from the eastern edge of the UK's first National Park - the Peak District. Partner and Head
Chef Hugh Cocker has worked with TV's Brian Turner and draws on a wealth of previous experience from
several renowned hotels and restaurants across the UK. During his
career Hugh has won many accolades from leading food publications such as The Good Food Guide, AA
Best restaurants and Time Out.

Restaurant where the emphasis is on locally sourced, quality produce and simple, elegant cooking.
Our dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order, but
if you would prefer a dish served more plainly or perhaps without a certain accompaniment we are happy to oblige.
And if there is a particular favourite that is not on the current menu, please ask and we will endeavour to
prepare it for you.
