Red lentil & sun dried tomato soup with mild curry spices.                       

A smooth parfait of chicken livers and bacon, crab apple & thyme jelly, toasted farmhouse bread 

Mille feuille of chicken mousse and pine nuts, Noilly Prat & chive sauce, preserved tomatoes 

Baked gateau of goats cheese, aubergine & tomato ~ basil pesto, parmesan crackling 

Sea trout rillettes with a Winter salad of beetroot, potato & tomato 

Chilled galia melon, poached pear and satsumas ~ spiced mulled wine syrup
